Offer guests refreshments and ensure they are comfortable while waiting for their treatment.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate therapist schedules and room availability for optimal workflow.
Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for upcoming appointments.
Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products to enhance guest experience and boost revenue.
Maintain product knowledge to answer guest inquiries and recommend suitable services.
Process all guest payments accurately, including cash, card, and room charges.
Liaise with therapists, housekeeping, and spa attendants to ensure treatment rooms are clean, set up, and ready.
Communicate guest preferences or special requests to relevant staff members.
Maintain client records, service logs, and update guest preferences in the system.
Monitor and replenish front desk supplies, brochures, and retail display inventory.
Assist with inventory counts and stock ordering as needed.
Keep the spa reception and retail area tidy and well-organized.
Adhere to personal grooming and uniform standards set by the hotel.
